The Buddy Zone Group Lessons

The Buddy Zone Group Lessons provide a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment for children and young people who experience social skill difficulties or social anxiety. Our groups are designed to help students feel comfortable, understood, and socially accepted while building confidence and meaningful peer connections.

Students attend a one-hour structured group session each week. Each session is centred around a specific topic, such as anxiety, friendships, emotional regulation, anger management, or handling conflict. Lessons include social games, interactive group activities, and practical everyday life skills that help children apply learning to real-life situations. Sessions are delivered in a low-pressure, understanding environment that supports emotional safety, regulation, and growth by our amazing team of Therapists.
